The hotel has a great location near the bridge and Besiktas area, with comfortable rooms offering beautiful views. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were some issues on the first day. My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were very large, spacious, and very clean, making for a comfortable experience. However, my room faced a building, which was a bit inconvenient. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were very friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful and attentive, especially Ali Demir. The location was fantastic, being in the heart of Ortakoy and very close to the Bosphorus and the Ortakoy mosque. As for dining, the breakfast was very limited but sufficient, offering a classic Turkish meal. Overall, my stay was great with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The penthouse suite I initially booked was breathtaking, complete with a balcony and a cozy seating area. Upon a room change, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the new room provided. The experience was truly 5-star.
